A Promise and a Prayer!

Episode 3

The Pursuit of Certainty

Today’s Text:  Ephesians 3: 11,12

“…in Christ Jesus our Lord … we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him…”

Father in Heaven, it is with a sense of wonder that I contemplate Your Sovereignty.  A peaceful certainty embraces my being in the knowledge of Your Will.  In You, all of heaven and earth will again be restored to harmony.  I claim it and I believe it!

It is in the hope of the restoration of peace, love and harmony that I come to You today claiming the Presence of Your Spirit.  With boldness, I ask You to sweep away lingering doubts that may cloud my mind.  In the beauty and sunshine of Your Will, I choose to dwell.  Open my eyes to see the possibilities of a life that embraces eternity.

May the restoration of all things be my personal experience this day.  Build back in me, whatever losses may have been suffered through the influence of my saboteur.

My soul longs for renewal and restoration; wholeness in Christ.  Fill me with the power and strength of Your Spirit.  Awaken within me the capacity to live and love as You do.  May my life be a sacrificial offering to bless and to lift the influence of Your Will.

Thank You for the purposes that will be realized today.  Purposes that will bring joy to the world.  Hope beyond our wildest dreams.  Certainty and strength.  Peace and Love…

     In Jesus’ Name,

                                   Amen.
